Terms & Conditions – Hostall France
Welcome to Hostall Events Management – France Branch.
By using our website and services in France, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
1.1. Hostall France ("we", "our", or "us") is a registered branch of Hostall Events Management, offering luxury concierge, lifestyle management, and VIP event services within France and internationally.
1.2. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Hostall France and its clients ("you", "your") and are governed by French law.
1.3. By using our services in France, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, in accordance with French consumer protection regulations.
2. Services
2.1. Concierge & Travel Services: Including hotel bookings, private transportation, ticketing, and exclusive local arrangements.
2.2. Event Management: Organization of luxury events, corporate functions, and private experiences in France and abroad.
2.3. Third-Party Providers: Some services are fulfilled by selected French or international partners. Their own terms and conditions may apply.
2.4. Availability: All services are subject to availability and may require advance confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1. Custom Pricing: All prices are bespoke and depend on the scope and complexity of your request.
3.2. Deposit & Payment Terms:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any service.

Full payment is due 3 business days prior to the scheduled service.
3.3. Accepted Payment Methods:

3.4. Late Payments: May lead to delays or cancellations without refund.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1. By the Client:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the service date may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
4.2. By Us: If we cancel due to unforeseen events, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
4.3. Third-Party Policies: Refunds on flights, hotels, or tickets are subject to the vendor’s terms.
4.4. French Consumer Rights: In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain services (such as leisure and transport dated bookings) may not fall under the 14-day withdrawal period.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
5.1. Service Availability: While we strive for excellence, availability of certain services or experiences cannot be guaranteed.
5.2. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and complying with legal, travel, and health regulations.
5.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to strikes, natural disasters, or government actions beyond our control.
5.4. Third-Party Vendors: We are not liable for the performance of independent service providers.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
6.1. GDPR Compliance: Hostall France complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679).
6.2. Your Rights: You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. Please email us to exercise your rights.
6.3. Data Security: All client information and payments are handled with strict confidentiality and encrypted systems.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on our website (text, visuals, branding) is the property of Hostall Events Management and may not be copied or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
8.2. In case of dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution first. If necessary, the competent courts of Paris, France will have exclusive jurisdiction.
8.3. For consumer disputes, you may refer to a French consumer mediator (as per Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code).
