2.4. Availability: All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
3. Payments & Pricing
3.1. Pricing: All pricing is customized based on the scope of services and client requirements.
3.2. Deposits & Payment Terms:

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1. No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific vendors, tickets, or exclusive bookings.
5.2. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information for bookings and complying with travel, legal, and safety regulations.
5.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
5.4. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for service failures by third-party vendors.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
6.1. Data Protection: We handle client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality for all client requests and transactions.
